Don Mccall (Donald Charles McCall) was born on September 21, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at John C. Fremont (Los Angeles, CA), Mccall attended Los Angeles City College and the University of Southern California. Mccall made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1968 was Don Mccall's best year, as he ran for 637 yards and ran in 4 TDs.
