Don Lock (Don Wilson Lock) was born on July 27, 1936 in Wichita, Kansas. He made his Major League debut on July 17, 1962 for the Washington Senators. In 1962, his rookie year, he hit .253 with 12 home runs and 37 RBI. Lock played for the Washington Senators, Philadelphia Phillies and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that Don Lock's best season was 1963, when he slugged 27 home runs and knocked in 82 runs.
