Don Horn (Donald Glenn Horn) was born on March 9, 1945 in South Gate, California. After going to high school at Gardena (CA), Horn attended Los Angeles Harbor College, San Diego State University and Washington State Universtiy. Horn made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, San Diego Chargers and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1969 was Don Horn's best year, as he tossed 11 TDs.
