Born on July 14, 1913 in Kewanna, Indiana, Don Hendrickson (Donald William Hendrickson) played for the Boston Braves for his entire 2 year career. Hendrickson broke into the bigs on July 4, 1945 with the Boston Braves, and put up a 4.91 ERA in 73.1 innings pitched in 1945, his rookie year.
