Born on October 20, 1959 in Racine, Wisconsin, Don Heinkel (Donald Elliott Heinkel) played for the Detroit Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 2 year career. Heinkel broke into the bigs on April 7, 1988 with the Detroit Tigers.
