Don Eaddy (Donald Johnson Eaddy) was born on February 16, 1934 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on April 24, 1959 for the Chicago Cubs. Eaddy played for the Chicago Cubs for his entire 1 year career.
