Don Deskins (Donald Richard Deskins) was born on May 10, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York. After going to high school at Westbury (Jamaica, NY), Deskins attended the University of Michigan. Deskins made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders for his entire 1 year career.
