Don Clark (Donald Rex Clark) was born on December 22, 1923 in Shurdan, Iowa. After going to high school at George Washington (Los Angeles, CA), Clark attended the University of Southern California. Clark made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1948 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1949 was Don Clark's best year.
