Born on December 2, 1903 in Augusta, Maine, Don Brennan (James Donald Brennan) played for the New York Yankees, Cincinnati Reds and New York Giants over the course of his 5 year career. Brennan broke into the bigs on April 16, 1933 with the New York Yankees, and put up a 4.98 ERA in 85 innings pitched in 1933, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Don Brennan's best season was 1935, when he posted a 3.15 ERA.
