Don Batchellor (Donald G. Batchellor) was born on June 15, 1895 in Hicksville, Ohio. After going to high school at Hicksville (OH), Batchellor attended Grove City College and Ohio Northern University. Batchellor made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Canton Bulldogs. He played for the Toledo Maroons and Canton Bulldogs over the course of his 2 year career.
