Dominique Byrd (born February 7, 1984 in Minneapolis, Minnesota) is an American football tight end who plays for the Saint Louis Rams of the National Football League.

Byrd was taken in the third round of the 2006 NFL Draft at pick #93 overall.
[edit] College career
Byrd went to the University of Southern California. He made 2004 All-Pac-10 honorable mention, and was best known for catching two touchdown passes in the Orange Bowl victory against Oklahoma that included a spectacular over-the-shoulder, one-handed grab in the end zone for a touchdown.

He grew up in Minnesota and attended The Breck School in Golden Valley, Minnesota. He interned for Minnesota senator Mark Dayton during a summer in high school.
