Do the Packers actually have a bright spot this Year?

Yes, its called the defensive line. While the Packers have struggled mightly against the pass, they have been very sound against the run. In their first two games, against Chicago and New Orleans, they allowed only 2.7 yards per carry, they racked up five sacks and they also forced three turnovers.
While it's been a strong start for the D-line, the lineman all emphasise that it's a start.
"I think we've shown some good things, but I think there's still some room obviously for improvement to a place where we can try to take over games," said defensive end Aaron Kampman. "That's what we want to continue to keep working towards."
Kampman, who the Packers re-signed this past offseason, has made some of the biggest plays, recording four of the unit's five sacks. He has also contributed to an interception by Chicago's Rex Grossman with heavy pressure, and forced and recovered a fumble by New Orleans' Drew Brees.
His fellow defensive linemen are also making an impact. Fellow end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila has the other sack plus a forced fumble. Defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins flushed Brees into Gbaja-Biamila for that sack and then recovered the loose ball.
In their 26-0 loss to the Bears, Green Bay did not allow Chicago to surpass 100 yards on the ground until their 33rd carry (Chicago finished with 109 yards on 36 carries) and the Saints had just 48 yards on 22 rushes.
That's pretty good if you ask me. If the Packers can get their pass defense up to par, they might just have a pretty scary defense.
