Do the Diamondbacks really want the Big Unit in their fold again?

MLB.com has reported that the Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Yankees are talking about the Snakes getting Randy Johnson back.
IF this deal does go down then there will be a few very important things that will happen first.
1. The Yanks will have to pay at least $6,000,000 probable more of the 16 that he is owed since the D-Backs only have 10 mil to spend.
2. The Yankees will want some top prospects, which admittedly the Snakes have quite a few of but with who they would rather not part with. The Yanks would probable want two or three close to ready pitchers and maybe a position player. The pitchers include Edgar Gonzalez, Enrique Gonzalez, Dustin Nippert, Ross Ohlendorf, Micah Owings, Dana Eveland, Evan MacLane and Juan Cruz with the position players being well a whole bunch of players.
3. Also the the Unit will have to waive his no trade clause but since he has a home in Arizona that shouldn't be much of a problem.
But more important then what would have to be done to finish the deal, is wether the deal should be done. In the trade the Diamondbacks would get a 5 time Cy Young winner who took them to the world series. They would also be getting a 43 year old warn down man who had a 5.00 ERA (it was in a much tougher division then the NL west) and is coming off of surgery that might keep him from starting the season. They would be giving up two or three potentially great pitchers and maybe a utility guy, or a bunch of minor leaguers that never get past AAA.
So the D-Backs really probable shouldn't do the deal but I can't help hoping that the Snakes will show some loyalty to a player who helped them become great and give Johnson a second chance. And who knows the prediction I made in Crystal Ball Predictions for 2007 - ArmChairGM.com Style might come true.
