Diron Talbert (Diron Vester Talbert) was born on July 1, 1944 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. After going to high school at Texas City (TX), Talbert attended the University of Texas. Talbert made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Washington Redskins and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 14 year career.

Most people believe that 1975 was Diron Talbert's best year.
