Dick Weisgerber (Richard Weisgerber) was born on February 19, 1915 in Kearny, New Jersey. After going to high school at St. Benedict's Prep (Newark, NJ), Weisgerber attended Willamette University. Weisgerber made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1940 was Dick Weisgerber's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
