Dick Tuckey (Richard James Kenneth Tuckey) was born on September 29, 1913 in Naugatuck, Connecticut. After going to high school at Dean Academy (Franklin, MA) and Naugatuck (CT), Tuckey attended Manhattan College. Tuckey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
