Dick Stigman

Born on January 24, 1936 in Nimrod, Minnesota, Dick Stigman (Richard Lewis Stigman) played for the Cleveland Indians, Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 7 year career. Stigman broke into the bigs on April 22, 1960 with the Cleveland Indians, and put up a 4.51 ERA in 133.2 innings pitched in 1960, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Dick Stigman's best season was 1963, when he posted a 3.25 ERA, won 15 games and struck out 193 batters.
