Dick Shiner

Dick Shiner (Richard Earl Shiner) was born on July 18, 1942 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Lebanon (PA), Shiner attended the University of Maryland. Shiner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1968 was Dick Shiner's best year, as he tossed 18 TDs.
