Dick Sharon

Dick Sharon (Richard Louis Sharon) was born on April 15, 1950 in San Mateo, California. He made his Major League debut on May 13, 1973 for the Detroit Tigers. In 1973, his rookie year, he hit .242 with 7 home runs and 16 RBI. Sharon played for the Detroit Tigers and San Diego Padres over the course of his 3 year career.
