Dick Mills (Richard J. Mills) was born on March 6, 1939 in Indiana, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Beaver (PA), Mills attended the University of Pittsburgh. Mills made his professional debut in the NFL in 1961 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 2 year career.
