Dick Hart (Richard Kay Hart) was born on March 14, 1943 in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Morrisville (PA), Hart attended none. Hart made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 4 year career.
