Dick Handley (Richard H. Handley) was born on May 22, 1922 in Tulare, California. After going to high school at Corcoran (CA), Handley attended California State University, Fresno and the College of the Sequoias. Handley made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the Baltimore Colts. He played for the Baltimore Colts for his entire 1 year career.
