Dick Gray (Richard Benjamin Gray) was born on July 11, 1931 in Jefferson, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 15, 1958 for the Los Angeles Dodgers. In 1958, his rookie year, he hit .249 with 9 home runs and 30 RBI. Gray played for the Los Angeles Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 3 year career.
