Dick Fencl (Richard John Fencl) was born on February 24, 1909 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at St. Philip (Chicago, IL), Fencl attended Northwestern University. Fencl made his professional debut in the NFL in 1933 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
