Dick Danehe (Richard M. Danehe) was born on September 10, 1920 in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at Hickman (Columbia, MO), Danehe attended the University of Southern California. Danehe made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the Los Angeles Dons. He played for the Los Angeles Dons for his entire 2 year career.
