Dick Cotter (Richard Raphael Cotter) was born on October 12, 1889 in Manchester, New Hampshire. He made his Major League debut on August 17, 1911 for the Philadelphia Phillies. Cotter played for the Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 2 year career.
