Dick Chapura (Richard Harry Chapura, Jr.) was born on June 15, 1954 in Sarasota, Florida. After going to high school at Riverview (Sarasota, FL), Chapura attended the University of Missouri. Chapura made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Phoenix Cardinals over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Dick Chapura's best year.
