Born on January 7, 1944 in Los Angeles, California, Dick Calmus (Richard Lee Calmus) played for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 2 year career. Calmus broke into the bigs on April 22, 1963 with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
