[edit] Trivia
Dick Booth had outstanding stats, though he did not play many downs for the Lions. He had the 5th longest pass during the 1941 NFL season!
After his football career, Dick Booth spent many years as a salesman for Teledyne Osco Steel, with at least a portion of this time working in the Cleveland/Akron area. I remember him as being our favorite of the salesmen who visited us (Amerox). A wonderful man, and a true gentleman. Salt of the earth!
