Dick Blanchard (Richard L. Blanchard) was born on January 17, 1949 in Waukeska, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Rich Central (Olympia Fields, IL), Blanchard attended the University of Tulsa. Blanchard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 1 year career.
