Dewey Mcconnell (Dewey L. McConnell) was born on January 26, 1930 in Laramie, Wyoming. After going to high school at Laramie (WY), Mcconnell attended the University of Wyoming. Mcconnell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1954 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
