Derrick Ham (Derrick Jerome Ham) was born on March 23, 1975 in Merritt Island, Florida. After going to high school at Merritt Island (FL), Ham attended the University of Miami. Ham made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Cleveland Browns and Washington Redskins over the course of his 2 year career.
