Derrick Fletcher (Derrick W. Fletcher) was born on September 9, 1975 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at Aldine (Houston, TX), Fletcher attended Baylor University. Fletcher made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Carolina Panthers and Washington Redskins over the course of his 3 year career.
