Dennis Havig (Dennis Eugene Havig) was born on May 6, 1949 in Powell, Wyoming. After going to high school at Powell (WY), Havig attended the University of Colorado. Havig made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons, Green Bay Packers and Houston Oilers over the course of his 6 year career.
