Denis Moore (James Denis Moore) was born on July 18, 1944 in Berkeley, California. After going to high school at Westchester (Los Angeles, CA), Moore attended the University of Southern California. Moore made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1969 was Denis Moore's best year.
