DeMerit injured

Watford could be without USA International Jay DeMerit for up to 5 weeks as a result of a calf strain picked up in the home defeat to West Brom last Saturday. The popular 27 year old centre-back was stretchered from the Vicarage Road pitch only 7 minutes into the game to be replaced by youth-team graduate Adrian Mariappa. To cover his absence the Hornets have recalled former Wigan and Norwich veteran Matt Jackson from his loan spell with Blackpool and depending on results and further injuries or suspensions player/coach Malky Mackay could still make his first appearance of the season at some point before Christmas.

"AP blob" - nothing in this has been taken from anywhere thanks - and there's really not more to say - the guys is injured, this is where he got injured, this is how long he'll be out for, this is how we'll cope without him. What do you want, a picture?

It's irrelevent since the US only has the South Africa match in the next 2 1/2 months and I doubt he would of played in that game anyway.

Didn't have a clue when you guys have another international game, that's why I only said that Watford would be without him - glad to hear it won't affect you though as I believe you're wrong, been watching this guy for 3 years now and don't see any way you've got 2 better centre backs than DeMerit.

Wise words Tyrone, I think we can all learn a little something from that. Jay should especially stay away from OUR cows, there's always shit wrong with them, BSE, Foot & Mouth.....still taste good dead & grilled though.
