David Johnson (David G. Johnson) was born on June 8, 1963 in Huntsville, Alabama. After going to high school at S.R. Butler (Huntsville, AL), Johnson attended the University of Alabama. Johnson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 1 year career.
