David Hill (David Hill) was born on January 1, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas. After going to high school at Highlands (San Antonio, TX), Hill attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Kingsville. Hill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 12 year career.

Most people believe that 1978 was David Hill's best year, as he hauled in 53 receptions, had 633 receiving yards and caught 4 TD passes.
