David Evans (David Wayne Evans) was born on May 1, 1959 in Naples, Texas. After going to high school at Paul H. Pewitt (Naples, TX), Evans attended the University of Central Arkansas. Evans made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1987 was David Evans's best year.
