Dave Wehrmeister

Born on November 9, 1952 in Berwyn, Illinois, Dave Wehrmeister (David Thomas Wehrmeister) played for the San Diego Padres, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 6 year career. Wehrmeister broke into the bigs on April 16, 1976 with the San Diego Padres, and put up a 6.07 ERA in 69.2 innings pitched in 1977, his rookie year.
