Dave Stalls (David Milton Stalls) was born on September 19, 1955 in Madison, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Taft (Hamilton, OH), Stalls attended the University of Northern Colorado. Stalls made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Raiders over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1982 was Dave Stalls's best year, as he recorded 6.5 sacks.
