Dave Revering

Dave Revering (David Allen Revering) was born on February 12, 1953 in Roseville, California. He made his Major League debut on April 8, 1978 for the Oakland Athletics. In 1978, his rookie year, he hit .271 with 16 home runs and 46 RBI. Revering played for the Oakland Athletics, New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that Dave Revering's best season was 1979, when he slugged 19 home runs, hit for a .288 average and knocked in 77 runs.
