Dave Myers (David W. Myers) was born on November 11, 1906 in Brooklyn, New York. After going to high school at Stuyvesant (New York. NY), Myers attended New York University. Myers made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Staten Island Stapletons. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and Staten Island Stapletons over the course of his 2 year career.
