Dave Moates

Dave Moates (David Allen Moates) was born on January 30, 1948 in Great Lakes, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on September 21, 1974 for the Texas Rangers. In 1975, his rookie year, he hit .274 with 3 home runs and 14 RBI. Moates played for the Texas Rangers for his entire 3 year career.
