Dave Mccloughan (David Kent McCloughan) was born on November 20, 1966 in San Leandro, California. After going to high school at Loveland (CO), Mccloughan attended the University of Colorado. Mccloughan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1991 was Dave Mccloughan's best year.
