Dave McKeough (David J. McKeough) was born on December 1, 1863 in Utica, New York. He made his Major League debut on April 22, 1890 for the Rochester Hop Bitters. In 1890, his rookie year, he hit .225 with 0 home runs and 20 RBI. McKeough played for the Rochester Hop Bitters and Philadelphia Athletics over the course of his 2 year career.
