Dave Harbour (David Lynn Harbour) was born on October 23, 1965 in Plainfield, Illinois. After going to high school at St. Charles (IL), Harbour attended the University of Illinois. Harbour made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1989 was Dave Harbour's best year.
