Dave Frost

Born on November 17, 1952 in Long Beach, California, Dave Frost (Carl David Frost) played for the Chicago White Sox, California Angels and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 6 year career. Frost broke into the bigs on September 11, 1977 with the Chicago White Sox, and put up a 2.58 ERA in 80.1 innings pitched in 1978, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Dave Frost's best season was 1979, when he posted a 3.57 ERA, won 16 games and struck out 107 batters.
