Dave Foley (David Foley) was born on October 28, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at Bacon (Cincinnati, OH), Foley attended Ohio State University. Foley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the New York Jets. He played for the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1971 was Dave Foley's best year.
