Dave Conway (David Conway) was born on January 6, 1945 in Baytown, Texas. After going to high school at Robert E. Lee (Baytown, TX), Conway attended the University of Texas. Conway made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
